Refund policy

At Heritage Wedding we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our top priorities. We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped so that you may be satisfied with your order. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. Our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably. We hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. Upon receipt, please review your order and notify us of any quality issues. We will issue a prompt exchange for the same item or a full refund if notified within 30 days of receipt of your order. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

We want your order to be exactly as you wish. We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, initials and names carefully. Please don’t hesitate to email us at customerservice@heritagewedding.com  if you have questions before placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed since we begin production shortly after receiving your order.

NOTE: Heritage Wedding reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

Lead Time Policy

During our busy wedding season, we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time. However, we may require up to a 3 week lead time for production of personalized items due to high volume. Please contact us to check our current lead time in order to ensure your order is delivered on time for your big day.

NOTE: Heritage Wedding is not responsible for delivery delays due to unreasonable weather or any other unexpected circumstance affecting shipping carriers.
